Megan’s Toybox is happy to offer free standard shipping for orders over $69 to the continental U.S. Please note that your order total must be over $69 after all discounts and promotions are applied; tax does not apply toward free shipping.

Standard shipping for orders under $69 is just $5.95.

Megan's Toybox now offers shipping to Alaska and Hawaii! Orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii are subject to a $5 surcharge.

Orders will ship by either USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Ground, determined by Megan’s Toybox. Most orders placed by 3 p.m. Pacific Standard Time will be shipped the same day, Monday through Friday, excluding all national holidays. Gift wrapping may delay the shipment of your order, including orders with expedited shipping, by one business day.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Megan’s Toybox does not assume responsibility for orders with incorrect shipping addresses. Orders with incorrect shipping addresses may be re-routed by the shipping carrier or returned to Megan’s Toybox as undeliverable. Any costs incurred for rerouting packages will be the responsibility of the billing party.

International Shipping

At this time, Megan’s Toybox does not ship to international addresses.

For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, and Paypal. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number as they appear on your credit card statement. This information is verified as an extra security measure. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order.

We also accept checks and money orders and ship upon receipt and clearance of payment. If you would like to pay by check or money order, please make checks payable to Megan’s Toybox and send to:

Gift certificates can be redeemed during the checkout process. Enter the gift certificate code and click the ‘Go’ button. Gift certificates will not be applied manually, so make sure they appear in your cart prior to checkout.

Washington State sales tax (9%) will be applied to all orders shipped within Washington State. Sales tax will be applied during checkout and shown on the ‘order preview’ page.

We want you to be completely satisfied with purchase made at Megan's Toybox. If you're not happy, we welcome your return or exchange within 60 days of the original order date.

All returned items must be new and unused with no signs of wear or use, and with all original tags attached.

Please note: if you do not provide the original invoice or receipt, a refund will be issued for the last-marked sale price. Returns will be refunded to the original credit card or method of payment used for the purchase or issued an in-store credit. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charges.

You are responsible for the return shipping, unless the return is a result of our error and you have received return authorization.

Gift certificates are available in any amount, with a minimum of $10. After purchasing the gift certificate, the recipient will be notified via email. Gift certificates are not subject to shipping or sales tax.

We are happy to accommodate a sale price adjustment within 2 weeks of the original ship date or store purchase date.

If you find the same item advertised at another retailer for a lower price, we will gladly match it.
